FIRST TWO SHOWS!!

Greetings!

We are so happy to report that our first show was a huge success! The school administrators at Pine Ridge and their students were extremely pleased with the show. The principal has already begun speaking with her colleagues about booking Body Talk!. The only downside to the day was our videographer was stuck in horrendous traffic and didn't arrive until the show was finished.

The upside came when he mentioned that his wife is a director over at the YMCA and had some connections to have us do another show the following day in order to get the footage we so desperately need to use as a selling tool for schools. So, she arranged for us to do another show at the Boys and Girls Club in Eastpoint and it too was a huge success there as well! We weren't sure how a science show would go over with a group of kids that had just left school but they had a blast. The pictures above are from that particular show!

We are so happy and optimistic about future bookings and will definitely continue to blog about it, so as always, stay tuned!

We are happy to report that we had our first live interview via the internet on Thursday, February 6th. We were very excited to have the opportunity to talk about our organization and our journey in developing H.E.L.P. We look forward to many more interviews in the future.
